2017 FOX NASCAR + Disney Cars 3 Custom Content Campaign

For the upcoming movie release of Walt Disney Pictures and Pixar Animation’s Cars 3, FOX and Disney collaborated on an integration campaign in FOX NASCAR’s broadcast of the Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte Motor Speedway. Together, the teams produced a custom broadcast integration using Cars 3 movie footage and NASCAR highlight footage voiced by FOX NASCAR Lead Announcer Mike Joy. Using themes from both the film and NASCAR as a whole, the promotion drove tune-in for the movie’s release the following month. In addition, the campaign utilitized custom built graphics and an in-broadcast double-box advertisement to further promote the campaign.
